If God is not ABLE to do all that He has said He would do, then He is not God!, He is not to be trusted, and we would have no reason to believe that He will do anything He has said He will do - because we cannot totally trust His ability to perform that which He has said He will do. Fortunately, every word of God IS true, and "being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ; (Phil. 1:6) - He WILL complete it, BECAUSE HE IS ABLE to do so!
